The practice of periodontics requires specialized training, and our staff includes highly trained
professionals with extensive experience in this field. It also requires exceptional empathy and the interpersonal skills that help us deliver the level of exquisite care our patients expect.
It is not uncommon for Dr. Crosland to receive compliments about his staff from patients. His typical response is that he has been blessed with individuals who are truly caring for their patients. Dr. Crosland and all of his staff believe that if they treat their patient as they would like to be treated, then everyone will benefit.
We, the staff, have satisfaction in knowing that we did our best, and our patient in turn will have received our best.
